Under 200 acre-feet a year at full Phase 1 buildout. Cooling is dry and closed-loop rather than evaporative. Supply comes through the Cedar Valley Water Conservancy District's allocation, and the developer is buying water rights to contribute to the district and cost-sharing about 15 percent of the Pine Valley Project.
Answered by the project teamThe campus is designed to generate its own power on site and deliver it behind the meter through a private infrastructure district, so it does not draw on the community's existing supply. Transmission and distribution built for the campus is paid for by the project, not by ratepayers.

Building heights, lighting, noise limits and setbacks would be written into a development agreement with Iron County and enforceable by the county.
Answered by the project teamA multi-year construction workforce, then permanent jobs spread across several industries rather than one. Roads, water lines and other infrastructure built by the project would be deeded to Iron County and the water district. The county would take on no debt for it.
